- Non-Refundable Fees: All event registration fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
- Transferability: Fees are not transferable to another person or future events unless explicitly stated.
- Cancellation by AIOTA Bihar: If an event is canceled by AIOTA Bihar, participants will receive a full refund.
❌ Not Applicable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Participant Cancellation: If you cancel your registration for any reason.
- No-Show: If you fail to attend the event after registering.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late and miss part or all of the event.
- Change of Mind: If you decide not to participate after payment.
- Incomplete Attendance: Leaving the event midway does not qualify for a refund.
- Technical Issues: Connectivity or device problems during online events are not grounds for refunds.
⚖️ Exceptions
- Event Cancellation: Full refund if AIOTA Bihar cancels the event.
- Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be issued unless you cannot attend the rescheduled event.
